[Tagging] Question parking:condition day value

* parking:condition:right= no @ (.........)
* parking:condition:left= no @ (.........)

I would rather use

* parking:right:conditional= yes @ (.........)
* parking:left:conditional= yes @ (.........)

(1) condition -> conditional
(2) conditional should be at the end (suffix)
(3) I think it is better to misleadingly describe parkings as missing
rather than misleadingly describe them as present
