[Tagging] tree rows vs individual trees

sorry for the many posts, but here is a real life example with many tree rows of 3 trees: https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/620795490#map=19/52.52921/13.37787&layers=D

I know the location and agree with the tagging, but for me individual trees could be added as well (you might want to add specific detail to an individual tree for example).
