[Tagging] Automated check cashing machines

In the United States, there's a network of automated check cashing
machines called SAM. The machines are usually found inside grocery
stores and look like ATMs. Unlike conventional ATMs, they have no access
to the banking network: they accept checks (or traveler's checks or
money orders) and spit out cash. Whereas check cashing stores also offer
payday loans (hence shop=money_lender), these machines only cash checks,
and they aren't stores per se.
Since SAM has enough locations in the U.S., it would be a candidate for
addition to name-suggestion-index, but first I'd like to get some
feedback about the best way to tag it:
