Accepting that requirement would mean that beaches cannot be tagged with
the sport swimming as there is no construction for the sport.
Cycleway are specifically constructed for bicycling .. so can be tagged
with the sport tag...
So many complex conflicts if definition C is used by some 'sports' and
cannot be used by other 'sports' ...
I would rather see a stricter more limited definition for the sport tag
... a looser defined key could then be adopted for other things on a
case by case basis?
