I fail to understand how to map.
the description clearly states that this is implicit for highways
golf_cart=designated within a leisure=golf_course.
but if it's implicit, why use it?
is there highway=* with golf_cart=designated but outside
a leisure=golf_course ?
did we need also a foot=parkpath for footway inside a a park ?
ans so on for every "when this highway is inside XYZ" ?
it seems to me to be a caricature of uselessness
