Not really, a drivers brain does not process them in the same way as a large roundabout, with exit number/exit angle. You still go straight on or turn left or right.

In the case of OSMand it would simply need some slightly different turn graphics. For example the turn left with the blue mini-roundabout sign on it. The important one would be the missing instruction to go straight on.
