I'm wondering if this is something best fixed on the consumer end of
things, such as if a mini roundabout has more than 4 exits, indicate which
exit as the diameter is probably large enough to necessitate that.

Or if this should be mapped as a ring, tagged junction=mini_roundabout, so
that consumers can tell large vehicles can effectively treat it as an area.

Out of these two ideas, I think the former makes more sense.
