We already cater for this, using sub-tags; say:

   project:wikidata=Q314003

or:

   memorial:wikidata=Q26703203

https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q26703203 )


But perhaps this is better done through the templated link to
Q26703203 on https://wiki.openstreetmap.org and/ or Q26703203
