[Tagging] Country-specific images for tags

I copied pictures from the Tag:amenity=post_box page in various languages, any more would be added by hand.

It’s not obvious how this works (at least to me). At first I assumed the gallery pulled images from Wikidata but the Wikidata page doesn’t have those images listed.
