[Tagging] Footways where pedestrians may only walk in one direction: oneway:foot=yes or foot:backward=no?

is required to be able to drive a vehicle.
On footways, vehicles may be permitted.
You could add oneway:foot, but you should not do it, and logically, it does
not make sense, because a oneway restriction for foot traffic means
vehicles on foot may only drive in one direction.
