I did just have a thought, remembering that a while ago a new tag went
through for the sort-of, *very* broadly similar :-) footwear
as a man_made=, so amenity= *could* possibly work?

Having said that, though, I'd also agree with you that lice is a "health"
issue, so healthcare= seems a better option.
