[Tagging] We should stop using hyphens to denote address ranges

Let's keep in mind there are also buildings in London and possibly
elsewhere which have a _single_ entrance and nevertheless a
"hyphenated " address, e.g. 4-5 Bonhill Street

Which are properly entered as addr:unit anyhow
