Thanks for sharing. that's nice to hear. I think we should make it dead simple to monitor how many reviews are done.
A checkbox titled "this a review" would be a very nice addition IMO if stored in a Boolean column in the database it could be easily counted how many cs have requested and gotten reviews. 

I'll try if I can get together with others here in Sweden to review more. Its always more fun to do stuff together. 😃
