[Tagging] Definition of lake/pond as applied to stream/plunge pools

A creek here is waterway=stream, so when I say creek it means an OSM stream.

Mapping streams as areas is hard, because it changes based on how much it's
rained, and needs well aligned drone imagery, not usually possible with GPS
or aerial imagery.

Oh I see it would be hard to identify a stream pool on a river because from
the imagery it's indistinguishable. All the ones I've mapped are at the
base of a waterfall, and distinguishable because it's a pool of water
compared to the linear stream way.
