[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - addr:interpolation on closed ways and nodes

‘Range’ seems the wrong word to use. If the address is 44-48 High Street, then ‘44 to 48’ is the range, i.e. the lowest and highest values. Maybe ‘interval’ would be better.
