[Tagging] Definition of lake/pond as applied to stream/plunge pools

Definitely not - we're talking hundreds of consecutive miles of the
Mississippi River.  In this case, the locks aren't making reservoirs,
they're replacing rapids to make the river navigable.  Certainly still a
river.  I'm just pointing out a feature of rivers that are called "pools"
in some context, but don't seem to be "stream pools".
