[Tagging] species:name - for name of species at attraction=animal

I think this is an excellent idea and would 100% vote for it. My first
reaction was "doesn't zoo=enclosure do this?", but apparently, that tag is
for the type of zoo that has enclosures, not for the animal exhibits
themselves. I'm actually surprised we don't have a good way to tag these.

Why not use animal=* and/or species=* directly? When combined with your
proposed attraction=animal, it would have clear meaning. The species tag
is approved, and has language suffixes, i.e. species:en, species:de,
species:pl etc. The animal tag doesn't have the language suffix, but it
seems like that could be added easily. I could see, for example, an
enclosure being tagged both animal=giraffe and species="giraffa
camelopardalis", which would allow renderers to show both the common name
and the scientific one.
