natural=water is generally used on all kind of water surfaces, airport lakes for example aren’t natural either, but even water surfaces of a fountain. That’s what is currently documented in the wiki, and if people would tag differently I would wonder which tag they used for unnatural water surfaces, there’s apparently nothing established.
