[Tagging] Non-historic static aircraft

It's not a commemorative statue, it's some sort of emergency=training_object

Anyway, there are many real, ex-flying, aircraft now displayed at the
entrance of offices or airfields such as

https://www.instagram.com/p/CEWCLCAHCq5/ which *are* historic (or at least
historic-al).
