The overpass-turbo search is not very helpful

There are 9 nodes with amenity=drinking_water + name=fonte:
https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/11DF
And only 3 nodes with natural=spring + name=fonte:
https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/11DH

Only 1 node has both tags (amenity=drinking_water + natural=spring) -
https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/3420899209 - this is a node next to a
river and a small park or picnic site, so it seems more likely that it is a
drinking fountain or bubbler rather than a spring.

Since "fonte" is usually a descriptive term, it would be much better to
have an example where the spring has a name.
