[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - electricity

electricity:grid:origin=hydro type of tagging still is not making clear that it is not 
about electricity origin, but rather about some sort of assigning credits (that is more
or less encouraging more production of renewable power).

I would be fine with electricity:advertised_grid, I consider electricity:grid:origin
as misleading.

This car charging station is not going down when hydro-power production pauses.

I'd also like to point out that we map organic=* and this too could be a "lie" with no way for the mapper to verify it.
