One of the problems with that proposal though, was how do you count the
doctors & nurses?

By the books, there are 6 doctors & 8 nurses at this practice, but there
are only ever 3 d + 4 n present at any one time during the week, while over
the weekend that drops to 1 + 2.

So are there 6, 3 or 1 doctor/s?
