[Tagging] How to tag an utilitarian fountain?

the ones I find hard to classify are antique sarcophagus that are repurposed as drinking fountains, e.g. http://www.romaincamper.it/foto/data/images1/sarcofago-colosseo.jpg

There are several of them in my area, and I think I’ll tag them with amenity =drinking water and fountain =sarcophagus 

Although one might also see them as fountains, maybe
