[Tagging] Disputed territory mapped as a country

Tagging it as its own separate country
is certainly not ok and absurd.

For how it should be solved in my
opinion:we should follow on the ground rule
for tagging this.

(yes, I am aware about Crimea mess -
we should follow on the ground 
situation also in that case)
