[Tagging] With leisure=common deprecated, Senegal & Mali need a replacement

We stopped rendering it, but we didn’t edit the wiki page to set the status
to “deprecated”. Many tags are not rendered because they are ambiguous
(e.g. natural=fell) but that doesn’t mean they are deprecated.
