[Tagging] Is there any tagging scheme for carillons already?

Personally I believe man_made=tower with tower:type is partly broken, and would prefer man_made=bell_tower (or cooling_tower which isn’t a tower comparable to a observation tower).
In the case of the example above, the man_made=tower and tower:type=bell_tower are fine though (it’s a tower which has bells, i.e. technicians can go “inside”)
