[Tagging] Basic cartography features missing, why?

The same if true for group. There is no semantic difference in creating group/cluster/site relation
and tagging with name and creating multipolygon and tagging it with name.

If you want to distinguish "group of islands" from "group of lakes" in both cases you need
additional tag or special processing.

Yeah, multipolygons are superior for for cases like mentioned - set of areas.

If you want group of nodes/ways then sadly it stops being a great solution.
