no, building is about what the building look like.
I have no idea what's a "clubhouse style" is,
but I know of clubhouses that are held in residential looking buildings,
others in building=apartment type buildings and I imagine there are
probably many other possible cases.
the amenity key is much more appropriate since it avoids the confusion
of building<>occupant
