[Tagging] Proposed features/trailblazed=poles; cairns; symbols ... Approved

Hello,
I would like to create "the permanent feature description page" for
Approved feature
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/trailblazed%3Dpoles;cairns
But I can't figure out where to start ... Can someone give me a hint please?
