[Tagging] Alternatives to barrier=sliding_gate

Hmmm, personally I thought that swing_gate exists because it is a special
form of traffic control (along with speed bumps, rising bollards, etc.) as
part of the road system. Whereas 'gate' gates are more often access to
private property.
