It doesn't matter much to me what specific key and value is defined to
mean "area
used for timber production or other forestry purpose, regardless of current
tree cover".  The important thing is that it be standardized, well
documented, and that it does not get rendered with a dark green fill
suggesting an area of woods or tree cover.  If it is rendered in that way
it will be misinterpreted and eventually just become another synonym of
natural=wood and landuse=forest.  Rendering features like these with a
border and no fill or perhaps a very light fill should prevent this.
