[Tagging] Roudabout, center island, type of a traffic_island?

I don't see it as part of the highway. The road of a roundabout doesn't 
interact with; it goes *around* it. Routers know they're on a roundabout 
because of the junction= tag.

They're not really designed to be accessible by foot as per your wiki 
pages. Most in my locale are municipally maintained grass so I just mark 
it with landuse=grass.
