[Tagging] Adding food=yes / food=no on amenity=pub - is it useful for all pubs?

Microwaved pie with sauce if your lucky.

(I once had a microwaved pie with sauce and a roma tomato at the Rabbit 
Flat Road House for a late lunch, they would also do beer. Sadly Rabbit 
Flat is no more)

You could use conditional to specify when food is available.

food:conditional=yes @ (18:30-07:30)
