For: Because it is tag that is currently in use
( https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/search?q=bridge%3Aclea )
Against: it will be also on inland waterways far away from sea
Against: entire seamark: prefixing seems to be a mistake in general.
Maybe it is a good moment to switch to non-prefixed version here
or introduce it? (but it will be definitely not done by StreetComplete)
============
In general: seamark namespace has some really dubious ideas
Similarly seamark:name is a pointless duplicate of ref
(as far as I can see - https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Talk:Key:seamark:name )
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag%3Aseamark%3Atype%3Dbridge
seems to be a pure "please render me" tag
there is plenty of weirdness in seamark: namespace
