There are a few examples in the UK, so I added support for things like
"network=ncn;nhn;nwn" to map.atownsend.org.uk :
https://map.atownsend.org.uk/maps/map/map.html#zoom=15&lat=54.07759&lon=-2.19974
.

Waymarked trails also supports it - see e.g.
https://riding.waymarkedtrails.org/#?map=13!54.0752!-2.2093 .

In the UK at least the name for these doesn't tend to vary by mode.  The
Pennine Bridleway in the example above is the Pennine Bridleway whether
you're riding a horse or a bike, or walking:
https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/50288 .  Also for the avoidance
of doubt in England and Wales the name "bridleway" doesn't imply "horse
only", and nor does the legal designation.

Best Regards,

Andy
