[Tagging] How to tag recreational route with multiple route types?

Thank you Sarah,
that seems to be the correct solution.
Needs documenting in the wiki, I suppose

Multiple values for networks are fine in addition and necessary to avoid
conflicting tagging
The network values here in Italy are assigned by the mappers - we do not
have hierarchical bicycle or hiking networks.
