I don't think there's an established tag for these. To represent it in 
3D, it would likely be mapped as two building parts with a skillion roof 
each.

Part of roof:shape tagging is the admission that not every roof can be 
described with a single tag. So whether it's worth inventing a new value 
depends on how popular this roof type is in the real world. Can you give 
us an idea? If it is common and typically symmetric, it seems simple 
enough for renderers to support.
