[Tagging] Should pastures be tagged landuse=meadow or landuse=farmland?

I forgot landuse=greenhouse_horticulture (in addition to orchard and vineyard) as another value to landuse that is "agricultural in nature."  (But not farmland).

If this is what it appears to be:  someone re-writing by turning upside-down the meaning of well-established tag semantics, AND an editor supports these, we have a problem.
