[Tagging] Red light cameras

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to map a pair of red light cameras when i found out that
the wiki, while mentioning the type=enforcement +
enforcement=traffic_signals relation, doesn't mention how to tag the
device itself. Some other red light cameras i know are tagged
highway=speed_camera, but this use of the tag is not documented.

Is it okay to use of highway=speed_camera for red light cameras too or
should a separate tag be used (e.g. highway=red_light_camera, which
currently has 31 uses)?
