this one is probably about the (official) Italian library register, so it is not any site but likely a relevant one for unambiguously identifying a library in Italy. IIRR there is already a specific ref for this (or maybe just “ref”). We should not store in a specific key on every object how to construct the URL from the ref, assuming it is possible.
