Thanks for your input, Graeme!

However, i'm not entirely convinced of using man_made=surveillance +
surveillance:type=camera for red light cameras, because the red light
cameras i know look more similar to speed cameras (larger, include a
flash) than to surveillance cameras.

Any other opinions?
