[Tagging] How would one tag a thermal bath AND sauna?

I would tag it amenity=public_bath + bath:type=thermal + sauna=yes.

Double tagging is hard to interpret and thus not well supported. And
two elements (or more if e.g. they offer massages or if there's a
hammam) for a single facility seems illogical and confusing to me (and
in contrast to the "One feature, one OSM element" principle).
