I do try to add landcover tags .. when I remember. Usually these as with 
'tags for the render' of natural=wood, landuse=grass etc.

While JOSM issues warnings .. those can be ignored if the mapper chooses 
to.


Why not landcover=bush for the first approved landcover tag?
