I see 3 groups:
- the ones that have been mecanical-edited to the new tag.
For example emergency phones, those are successful.
but it need a one-to-one "rule" (and of course following
the mecanical edit guideline without any "don't move veto").
but also some luck for a preset-change request.
- those that were carried by highly motivated people,
for example embassies and camp_pitch

- the others are far from being finished: despite the big reduction
in %, imho sub_station is not a success : 6 after its depreciation,
there are still thousands of cases, including in England and Germany,
2 countries whose community is big/active.
imho wadi with that -50% in 5 years is not really a success either.
