[Tagging] Is landuse=winter_sports a ‘de facto’ tag for ski areas?

Then wiki is wrong and should be fixed (this is not unusual).

It is probably on some page like Key:landuse claiming that some simple
definition/rule applies to OSM tagging despite evidence to contrary.

Even if you consider landuse=construction, landuse=forest, landuse=military
landuse=flowerbed as mistakes - OSM Wiki is describing actually existing tagging
scheme not some theorethical ideal without this tags.
