Hey,

after draft was a bit underway, i feel free to announce now the proposal
"shop as post-partner".

This is a proposal for tagging post services in other shops and
amenities on behalf of a postal service provider (normaly operated by
the employees of the shop/amenity), like gas-stations or supermarkets.
