[Tagging] "Caution" on military pages

I had noticed that but we have not yet come to a consensus on which type of warning to use. Options here: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Template_talk:Mapping_Military_Sites

I guess we could just standardise the military pages to all use the ambox template as it is now. The benefit to this is that if/when the template is then updated, it is automatically reflected in all the pages.
