Any_tags_you_like advice [1] about good word and not "increment the id

i don't know how you can imagine an any tag you like system (which is
one of osm's assets in adapting to all needs) while at the same time
wanting an id-oriented system.
And even if you assigned an id to each new value, it would not change
the problem: if you want to retrieve all the water flows for "your
computer", it is still easier if they are all in a group instead of
having to select id 1 3 7 9 42.

relation type=defaults works well, despite too little tools use it.
