yes it's the same issue with another wording.
the same issue is with post_office:type=*
the proposal split a *value* =post_partner into a "yes only" key
post_partner=yes
that's a bad idea.not only does this make it impossible to list all the
existing values for this characteristic (since they are no longer values
but keys that nothing connects together) but it also makes
inconsistencies possible: with values, I have to choose one or the other
value, if I put more than one, a rule of detection of ; is enough to
point out the inconsistency, while with keys, It need to write specific
rule saying that value1=yes value2=yes are 2 attributes that are
incompatible with each other. the same with value1=yes + value3=yes and
so on.
