A note to Florimond:
I would invite you to consider changing the visualization in CyclOSM:
at present the combination of pedestrian/bicycle crossing and
traffic_calming=table is visualized only as table, the crossing is missing.
If you cannot combine the two, I think you should give precedence to the
crossing symbol in a cycle map.(Example)
